A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer, and the unsigned documents. Do not sign anything before we arrive—documents must be signed in the notary's presence.

A current, unexpired driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, or military ID. Nevada law requires identification to be current—expired IDs cannot be accepted.
